Lab Report Requirements- Culinary 1
Once your group has a recipe:
1) Grocery List the items that we do not have in the kitchen- Write group number next to the item and how much of that item you will
need, in the appropriate category.
2) Timeline the Recipe. Assign tasks for the recipe, who does what. Make sure your recipe has a creative name Make sure someone is assigned as "Sanitation"
Lab Report must be turned in by each team member after the lab and MUST include the following items:
The recipe you used, in standard format - 1/2 Page
Reflection of the lab and how it went, what went well, what didn't go great, what do you want to work on or add to your knowledge? 1/2 Page
A picture of your presentation plate.
REPORTS MUST BE EMAILED TO CHEF D the next day of class. [email protected]
